Sinister’s brother and sister duo, Dominic and Kyra Batara competed at the Oregon Open this Saturday taking home four 1st place finishes in both Gi and No Gi Divisions. Dominic went 6-0 for the day, submitting all of his opponents with a variety of armbars, guillotines, and rear naked chokes. Kyra finished strong as well, finishing the day going 5-0, with 3 submissions and 2 wins by points. Highlights of her day included a win via inverted triangle choke and a sudden death (1) minute overtime win by securing a double leg takedown.
